Hannah developed (and supplies) two signature cocktails for the renowned Brasserie Latem, located the most mundane village in Belgium, Sint-Martens-Latem.
The first cocktail is inspired by the taste of Asia. It’s called the ‘Izakaya Cooler’, with Sake & Lemongrass and one (closer to home) – a delicious fruity “Bon-Bon” with vodka & raspberry.
